Anna Moore

This workshop will show you how to prepare a powder from dehydrated mushrooms and how to use them in cooking. You will be able to see and smell a variety of wild mushrooms.

About the speaker:
Anna Moore retired from UC Berkeley in 2005 and lives in Florence OR where she forages in the Siuslaw National Forest for mushrooms and hikes the local beaches for agates.  She became interested in mushrooms in the mid 1980’s and has foraged for them in California
